Q: Is there are minimum amount that I need to order?

A: Absolutely not! We have no minimum order sizes but the more your order the more you can save. If you need 1 item or a thousand we can help.

Q: How do you set up my logo?

A: If you need help creating a logo we can do that for you. If you already have a logo that you wish to use, then you can email it to us as a jpeg. Basically, the better quality the image you submit, the better quality the end result will be.

Q: Is there a charge for setting up my logo?

A: Yes there is a one off set up charge to set up your logo into our specialist embroidery format. Once its done, we keep it on file so you don't have to pay it again for any future orders. If you can submit your logo in DST format the fee can be waved.

Q: Do I get to see a sample before we go ahead?

A: Yes, we will send you a digital proof via email for you to approve.

Q: Do I have to supply the garments or do I buy them from The Logo Centre?

A: We are happy to do either. We have a huge range of products that we can source for you, or if you have something specific that you would like us to work with, you re also welcome to bring in your own items for personalisation.

Q: Do you offer a delivery service?

A: Yes. Prices are available on request
